Domino effect using Honda auto parts. There are no computer graphics or digital tricks in the film. Everything you see really happened in real time, exactly as you see it. The film took 606 takes. At cost of $6.2 million for 90-sec commercial, this is world’s costliest ad and hands down winner in the world of ads.
Isn’t it nice, when things just work?

Be Inspired: Are You Going to Finish Strong?
Some inspiration video for today. This video has been broadcasted for a while. It’s about Nick Vujicic. He was born in Melbourne, Australia with the rare Tetra-amelia disorder: limbless, missing both arms at shoulder level, and having one small foot with two toes protruding from his left thigh.
“There are some times in life when you fall down you feel that you don’t have the strength to get back up. Do you think you have hope? Because I tell you, I’m down here, face down, and I have no arms no legs. It should be impossible for me to get back up, but it’s not. You see, I will try 100 times to get up. And if I fail 100 times, if I fail and I give up, do you think I’m ever going to get up? No! But if I fail and I try again and again and again, I just want to tell you it’s not the end. It matters how you are going to finish. Are you going to finish strong? And you’ll find the strength to get back up.“
Don’t Vote!
Watch the video. Some local animation about our politician, make people really sick of them. Just look at their campaign banner hanging everywhere. Why can they make something useful with that money? Too much talk, no action! And did they ask they self, are they able to lead this nation, or deliver people voice to the government? It need hard work and responsibility. We don’t need some artist or artist’s family who don’t care about other people, or someone who only care about the salary, new field to work on, or need public attention, or just go along because other people do it.
So, what’s the solution? Watch the video. Don’t vote!
Don’t vote unless you care about health care, education, welfare and rights.
Don’t vote if you don’t know their ability. Don’t vote just because they are someone you know, they are famous, they give you some money, or you just go along with other people too.
The election is coming. 15 days to go. Don’t vote!

Welcome to Macintosh
Just watch the documentary. Nice story and history of Apple.
“Welcome to Macintosh – The documentary for the rest of us.” is the first documentary of its kind to mix history, criticism and an unapologetic revelry of all things Apple into a movie experience. Whether a long time Mac fanatic or new to computers, Welcome to Macintosh takes you from the early days of the Apple-I to the latest the company has to offer.
So, why Apple? They’re creative and innovative, they don’t think about other product, other competitor, they just made something better than other. It didn’t make you stupid, there’s no warning that you don’t understand (like BOD). It’s not complicated like registry and non understandable string. It’s UNIX like, it is easier to understand, and you really need it in Computer Engineering (my major in school). They have better design and graphics. Special hardware and software. Friendly community of Mac user. Better supply and support. And many more advantages. It just little bit pricy… make people think twice before they buy Apple product. But it’s comparable with the satisfaction. Once you use it, you’ll really love it. Just hear the boot sound… it’s a happy sound. You hate people who use it, but when you used it, you will addicted to it.
This is picture of all students in university classroom are working on an Apple MacBook. Get it from labnol.

Everybody using Mac. Welcome!
SSD: It’s faster
Lucky me. This news just appear at Gizmodo the day I have to show my presentation about SSD.
It’s about extreme modification, using 24 unit of 256 MB Samsung SSD (total 6 TB) as storage unit (using RAID). What can it do?
- 2 GB/s read/write data
- Open all of Microsoft Office in 0.5 second
- Open 53 program in 18 second
- Super fast defrag: 3 second, same as recycling 5.6 GB data
- Rip DVD as fast as throw it away from second floor to the ground
Wow!!!
But the problem is it’s still more expensive than HDD, about US$3/GB, and still in development for bigger capacity.
