It a funny/weird word from our neighboring countries, with their interesting malay dialect, specially the ‘soft-e’ word and ‘english-malay-mix’ sentence. I got this word from a song, song title in Zee Avi’s self titled album.

Kantoi is a word to discribe that someone is busted, or caught doing something wrong (Urban Dictionary).
